Description

I started drawing this the other day and then the roster for the #TheCity-OCT got posted and I realized I needed to finish it right away before all my time went into that. So here's another character, continuing my habit of making detailed, oct-style reference sheets for characters I am not entering in an oct. I just like making, them ok?
